TEXT FULL WIDTH – Reduce height

What CSS do I need to reduce the height of the FULL WIDTH TEXT BANNER, as I want it to sit close to the text.

Also – How can I centre the Social – Follow Icons on the Banner?

Add this to your custom css:

ul.social-icons {
  width: 250px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}

And for the shortcode you need to select the light style instead of dark

where do i select the “light” style? that isn’t an option when adding the shortcode

You add it in the shortcode, so:
