Team member thumbnail disappear when using shortcode in content

Hello guys.

I am using the team (ajax) to display products. It all worked fine until I added a shortcode in the content of the team member page. It’s a download button shortcode.

If you scroll down the page I provided you can see there is a thumbnail missing. It’s the only “team member page” I have used the shortcode on.

The shortcode is from the “Download Monitor” plugin which is well integrated with WordPress.

When I inspect the HTML of the thumbnail box, it does not load the thumbnail image at all.

Yes that is correct.

Can you try to place the Download shortcode inside the text block like this

[spb_text_block ] [download id="16317"] [/spb_text_block]

Okay I just tried that. Unfortunately it does not make any difference.
