You can re-order them using the Post Types Order plugin, or manually change the published date.

NOW is in four columns

And i want to show like this in one column:

That would require pretty advanced customizations that support can’t cover.

Maybe this helps though:

.team-member h4, .team-member h5 {
    float: left;
}

.team-member span {
    clear: left;
    float: left;
}
