Is there a way to have the team carousel always display arrows for scrolling so that the user knows there is more content to see?

You can add the following custom css:
```
.spb_team_carousel_widget .carousel-wrap a.prev, .spb_team_carousel_widget .carousel-wrap a.next {
opacity: 1!important;
-moz-opacity: 1!important;
filter: alpha(opacity=100);
}
```
