Taxes and woocommerce options

I have answered two queries from other users, but the topics have been closed but not answer my questions

1)In the detail of the product is placed the price with taxes, but in the shopping cart appears without taxes and I think it important to appear with taxes.
I have tried changing the theme and with that new theme if it appears with taxes included the cart. I do not know where the problem is

2)Woocommerce options in theme options
As I said I find this gadget very interesting, but I wonder if it is possible to change only the names of people email customer care, shipping information, returns and change headers that should be able to put other names in these titles

2) The only way to change it is by translating those strings.

2) This is not possible, you would need to work with a developer to integrate this.

Even if I use that login panel, I cannot access /wp-admin/:

1) Update all plugins

2) Update the theme core version

3) Update WordPress

4) Disable all plugins so only WooCommerce is active

Still, can’t access to the admin area.

Any security restriction from the hosting provider? Can you ask them if they have any idea why can’t we login?

We checked the default WordPress theme, and the individual product prices show the same way as with our theme. As far as I can see, the theme handles this as WooCommerce is set up to handle it.
