Takes ages to get support.

Hello, I have been asking for two main things in order to set up my website, its been over two weeks and nothing has been done. I asked how to translate few words into lithuanian. Got no answer. I asked for help in recovering to pages “shop with right sidebar” and “shop with left sidebar” gave you logins and password so you can help me with this, and still nothing… I am not expecting you to help me with woocomersse translation.
I am not professional but this not the first theme that I both and now I can compare support that is provided. I am upset and disappointed, how long it will take YOU to hear me?

Hi @Henrita,

There must be some misunderstood going on. I checked the topics and the last reply was always ours expect 1 situation.

That doesn’t mean something is solved or not, but you need to reply us back when something is missing within our support scope.

The only exception is that one on the shop pages, but someone replied after you with a long reply and I didn’t see yours. You should have contact us back earlier so we can know that something was left behind.

I logged in with the credentials you provided and it says that don’t have permission to enter the admin area. Please check this
