Tabs with icons FYI

I was setting up tabs on a page and in the tab title box, it allows you to choose, put in the fa/gizmo icon code to seemingly have an icon in the tab before the title. It does nothing. I went back and noticed that your demo doesn’t show this option. I don’t need it and can use something else, but was it meant to be a feature? If so, it isn’t working.

Hi,

I fear that the problem Kendall commented is still unsolved, because I’m undergoing it: I put the fa/gizmo icon code in the appropiate field and It doesn’t appear any icon in the tab. I’ve also tried by coping and pasting the icons from here http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/cheatsheet/ and it doesn’t work.
Could you please examine that?

You can see that I added a Tabs asset at the bottom of the page and the icons are working fine.

Your tabs structure is not right, delete it and create a new one.

The problem occurs when I leave blank the title field, because I only want to use an icon as a title (see screenshot 1), please try to do it so and introducing some fake text, and then try to edit the tabs again, you will see that the original structure has changed (see screenshot 2).

That’s because you can’t remove the title because it’s used has an ID to link the tab with the correspondent content.

I guess we can change the color of the text to match the tabs background color, this way you would only see the Icon.

What do you think about this idea?
