    Hi,
    Since a couple of days I experiencing issue with accordions and tabs. Accordions disappeared completely. All tabs content disappeared too. Tabs titles are fine. I update theme from Dante v3.17 to v3.31. Doesn’t help. I had same problem on our test page and after update everything came back to normal. But Live page still have this issue.
    Live site have only 2 plugins more than test site. I disabled those plugins for a while but with no results.
    What can be the reason?

    Hi

    The update should have fixed that issue, as you can see on the test site. If it’s still not working on the live site check the cache, does your hosting having any caching functionality? Are you using a cache plugin?

    Hi,
    No, we are not using any cache plugins or other cache functionality on Live and test site. We do have connection with WP Engine and I’m sure they have own cache environment. We are using them on both sites from very beginning.

    Hi,
    Looks like the problem is resolved. Server provider reset CDN and also refreshed cache at their end.
    Did anyone tried to look from inside and used login details provided?

    Hi,
    No, above issue is resolved. There are some issues with tables due to DataTable JS error but I will sort that out.
    Did your colleague changed something? Like deactivating any plugin or other changes? I thought I will get more information from you regarding accessing our business website. At least what and when. Should I request a report to get that information?
