Tablet sticky header logo and menu spacing

Hi guys,

I had this problem before but i only noticed it on desktop and mobile. Now i also see it on tablet even though you guys gave me css code previously which fixed the logo and menu spacing issue for mobile and desktop.

While sticky header is in start position everything is centered and positions correctly…. as soon as page is scrolled down the logo and menu readjust for some reason and then the logo and menu go to far down on the header and then it is not centered. the sticky header is just acting weird when scrolling. Replicated on screenfly (quirktools.com) and used tablet kindle hd 7 option. see screen shot.
