Hi,
Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Custom CSS => Here put this code and update options
```
.nav-tabs{border-bottom:1px solid #DDDDDD}
.spb_tabs .tab-content{border-color:#ddd}
.spb_tabs .nav-tabs li a{border-color:#E4E4E4}
```
