    Hello Support-Team,

    we use the Cardinal-theme (Version 2.08; Child-theme 1.0) with a multisite-installation and got the following problem with the site linked above:

    Due to any reason the Swift Page Builder isn’t visible, only the classic editor (see the attached file and link). When you switch from classic editor to Swift Page Builder, apply changes at the site and update it, the changes won’t be saved and the frontend looks very strange (see attached file ProblemFrontend and Example for a working site). We have this problem only on this site, on our other sites (with similar content) the Swift-Page-Builder is working as it should.

    Thank`s a lot for your help!
    Sara

    Hi,

    It can also be a plugin conflict, can you try to deactivate all plugins except Swift Framework and test again.

    If it doesn’t work can you provide us a specific link to the page where you have problems?

    Thanks

    -Rui

    Hello Rui,

    we found out, that this problem depends on the amount of content. When we have a lot of content, you can´t save any settings on this page.

    Is there a limit of content you can put in the swiftpagebuilder? In this case, is there a solution?

    best regards
    Sara

    If that’s the case then it’s a similar situation that we fixed that will be in the next update.

    Will need to add this code to the page-builder.js

    jQuery('#publish').click(function(){
    jQuery('#spb_content').html("");
    });

    Can I install Solid Code Editor to change it in your site?

    Hi,

    With the provided login can’t install plugins or use the editor.
    Let’s do it in other way. I attached to this reply a link to the file sf-admin.js

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/qhws6j2jysoboje/sf-admin.js?dl=0

    Replace the current file by this one. The file location is Cardinal/js/

    Clear the cache after that. Let me also know when it’s so I can confirm if the change is there.

    It seems to work! Now I was able to save my “problem-page”.

    Thanks for your great support.

    If I have any more issues I´ll be back 😉

    Kind regards.
