If it is lost, yes you have.
Check the page revisions, to see if you can recover a previous version of that page.

That’s the thing, even if I add new elements on the Food page, they will be stretched. So the complete page is “destroyed”, I have to add a new page. Revisions don’t help, even if I choose the oldest revision, it’s still stretched.

Unfortunately that is correct, in your case revisions are not helpful to you.
