Hi I tried to disable this slider completely and just use the revolution slider, but the area is still showing a blank slider. I can’t add images in background, featured images, etc.

    Hi,

I cannot replicate this – please make sure the theme AND the plugin Swift Framework and the latest versions, please also clear your browser cache.

    Thanks,
    David.

All done, nothing helped. Please advise. As you can see, this is not an isolated issue, others are having it as well.

    Hi,

Yes, my theme and Swift Framework plugin are both up to date and I’ve cleared my cache/history.

I’m totally unable to upload an image in Edit Slide > Slide Set Up > Slide Background > Background Image. When I click the Select or Upload Image button, the page just refreshes, like it’s not pointing to the link to upload images?

    Cheers,
    KT

    Hey guys,

Working fine here – nothing has changed with that on our side. Can you please check your browser consoles for any errors, and try disabling all plugins apart from Swift Framework?

OK, I tested with all plugins, realized it was the Yoast SEO plugin causing the issue. Once disabled, worked fine.

I have updated the Yoast plugin to the latest version, all works fine now.

Guys, can you check if it’s the same for you?

    Thanks!
