Swift Slider – links not working properly

On my page http://www.nblgolf.com/ the slider at the top does not always work in regards to linking to another page. You sort of have to move the curser around to get the link to show up.

Do you have any idea why this is? The cursor alternates between the grabbing hand and the pointing finger? It’s like some places on the banner I can grab it and slide it, and in other places I can click the link in it.

I have made a short video where you can see the cursor changing. As you can see in the bottom of the screen it’s only the pointy cursor that shows the link: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3128070/swift.mov
