the page you are showing me it’s different from the one I changed. Like I said clear all your browser cache before trying it again.

Can you see the miliseconds in the page I changed?

Something related with the fact of having a lot of content.
I placed the homepage content inside an Spb Section(acts like a normal page).

then in my test page I added that Spb section and changed the slider settings and it worked fine.
You can delete your homepage content and add that new SPB Section.

You can use the SPB Section to divide the content in smaller parts to be easy to manage.
