    Hey,

    Is it possible to have the swift slider as background and add a row with content on top of it? If not, what would be my best solution to this?

    thank you,

    Jan

    Hi,

    I’m afraid not. You should use the Row asset that has background options, and place the other content elements inside that row.

    @Nallebjornen
    The fix was not having a Slider and only an image as background or do you have a solution for a background slider?!

    @support
    Would it be possible to have a future option, that row settings include a swift slider!? It sounds less complicated or at least less bandwidth wise than all that video backgrounds??

    thanks!

    Hi

    It’s pretty difficult to do, rows use a background image via css, and it’s not possible via css to change the background image, you have to output the image in the html for a slider.

    Something we may look at in the future, but at the moment there are no plans

    Can you have a look at this third party plugin and give me a comment on compatibility with cardinal?

    http://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-background-sliders/11491075

    thanks a lot for helping 🙂

    You would have to use visual composer instead of our page builder
