    Add !important to the css:

    .minimal-design .swift-slider-prev, .minimal-design .swift-slider-next {
  color: #ffffff;
  font-size: 60px!important;
  line-height: 60px!important;
}

    means left side screen arrow is further then right arrow
    !

    Try adding this:

    .minimal-design a.swift-slider-prev, .minimal-design a.swift-slider-next {
  height: 80px;
  width: 80px;
}

    Coming out of maintenance mode should not change any of your theme options, not sure what happened there
