    Hello,

    I seem to have an issue with adding shortcodes from the text editor. When I click on the “Swift Framework Shortcodes” button from the editor I get a popup where I can select from different shortcodes categories from a dropdown, but when I click add I get a “0” response and nothing happens. Also the list of shortcodes specific to the theme seems to be missing. This is a WP Network (multisite) install.

    Hi,

    Have you enabled the Swift Framework plugin globally or on a per site basis?

    It’s installed at the network level, and activated on just 1 site.

    Could you run the theme update and then re-test: https://platform.grokiolabs.com/wp-admin/themes.php

    I installed the theme update but unfortunately inserting a shortcode still returns 0 in the dialog.

    Ah, your server is blocking the JS from loading:

    Can you add your Multisite Network admin login?

    So you have optied to use HTTPS, but your site configuration is set to HTTP:
