    Where have you done this? in the php.ini file?

    I’d also ask your host for the error log.

    Please contact your host and request an error log which will detail the 500 server error.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback. The issue reported is not a common occurrence and successfully powers thousands of websites – some of which are small sites and others a very large eCommerce sites.

    I cannot process a refund for you so I will assign this to Ed (lead dev) who can help you further.

    Were you able to obtain any server error logs, with any errors that we can potentially look into? I really can understand your frustration here, but without us being able to have something substantial to go on in order to investigate, there’s little we can do to be proactive about your issue.

    I’ll be happy to approve a refund, but you’ll need to go through ThemeForest as we can’t sort it from this side.

    Have assigned the topic to myself – will keep a close eye out for you reply.

    Unfortunately that screenshot doesn’t give us anything to go on really – we’d need something specific from the error logs. I understand you are under a time constraint so will approve the refund now.
