Were you able to obtain any server error logs, with any errors that we can potentially look into? I really can understand your frustration here, but without us being able to have something substantial to go on in order to investigate, there’s little we can do to be proactive about your issue.
I’ll be happy to approve a refund, but you’ll need to go through ThemeForest as we can’t sort it from this side.
