    Hi

Hope you’re well and had a good weekend.

A few weeks back I purchased the Ateleir theme for a client of mine Dailycoffee.co . Working with the theme was really easy and appreciate the developer user experience your team has designed and developed.

The theme was completely designed/developed and handed over to the client who started uploading the content. All of a sudden on Friday 16/09/2016 the client noticed the website was down and completely inaccessible. My developer managed to look into the issue and find out it was the Swift plugin which caused the website go down.

As you will be able to see in the website http://dailycoffee.co/ , the sections where Swift has been used are not shown right now due to the issue. The WordPress version nor the theme/plugin versions were updated so we are not sure why all of a sudden this problem has occurred.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could look into the issue urgently since this is an unnecessary delay for my client in launching his business.

If you have any further questions you can email me at [email protected].

    Looking forward to a reply.

    Regards

    Hi,
It seems memory limit issue. Please contact to hosting provider to increase the PHP memory limit.
    Thanks
    Mohammad

    Hi,

The memory limit Mohammad refers to is not related in anyway to actual content storage on the server from images/videos/fonts/DB size ect.

Increasing the memory limit for WordPress is an extremely common issue, usually you do not need your host to assist you with this and neither should you have any extra cost to amend this.

Normally you simply just do this:

    Open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

    Hi,

Assuming you have not edited any core theme files, I see this error:

For an error such as that you need to contact your hosting provider.

    Hi,

I’m trying to login to your FTP, however it cannot connect. Can you test and confirm?

Got it, it works with the plugin deactivated.

Unfortunately nothing I can do via FTP can help this. You will need to contact your host and ask them to increase the PHP memory limit.

    Thanks,
    David.
