Swift Page Builder – Visual Editor will not work

The Swift Page Builder will not work on our site.
I have the Pinpoint/Forest Theme. I do not wish to use HTML.
I prefer for now to just turn off the Swift Page builder due to all the issues I have had over the past 3 weeks. It has delayed launching the website. Can I, for now, just use the default WordPress visual editor or TinyMCE?
I can give specifics for viewing.

More Clarifying: I have tried this in both Firefox and IE, neither work. I have hired 3 IT guys and neither have helped. I can see some writing in the “Classic” mode/Text, but as soon as I switch to “Visual” nothing happens and things disappear. If I click on the Swift Page button– the black bar does show up, but when I add a text box it sends me to a Edit Text box that is not functional:

…..I can edit Widget title , but can not edit or type at all in the text box.

Hey,

Do you have any plugins installed, that are used in the editor as well? Something might be breaking the Swift Page Builder.

What you are seeing in Classic editor are shortcodes inserted from our Page Builder, since that’s how it works – you use a visual interface that inserts shortcodes.

I believe I found the answer. I deactivated Ultimate TinyMCE and installed Advanced TinyMCE and everything appears to have corrected itself!
I appreciate the offer for help though.
