Swift Page Builder Suddenly Not Working (There's nothing here yet)

Hello,

I was just using my site earlier today to add some pages. Everything was working fine as it has been for awhile now. Then when I came back later to add some more every single page shows up with the message “There is nothing here yet, add something to get started” The site is working with pages already published but I can’t edit or add anything. Even if I make a fresh page, add some content, and publish it, as soon as I go back to the page it is blank again. This even happens to older pages I restore that I can see have lots of content in the comparison. I have no idea how to diagnose this. Help!

this issue maybe related with my issue.
After the latest update, all the text formattings are gone, when I try to editing text.

Same here. Updated to last version of Cardinal and WP, now Swift Page Builders is now empty for all pages.

Hi,

This was identified and a release prepared and sent out over Friday/Saturday. Please be sure you have updated to the latest Swift Framework plugin version from your dashboard.

As this change involved amending the plugin core JS files, you will need to refresh the browser cache to pull in the new files.

There are two issues:

1) Disappearing page builder content – resolved on Friday/Saturday with the latest updates.

2) Formatting removed – not resolved, we are working on this now.

I’ve updated just a few hours ago, Swift Framework version is at 2.5.42. WP at 4.8.

Can you provide ftp credentials(not WordPress admin credentials) in private replies so I can apply a modification to see if sorts it? It work in my development testing.

It also doesn’t work.What about the ftp? can you test it with Filezilla

I’m able to login through FTP with those details (try FTP not SFTP).
