Swift Page Builder – problem with loading

Hello there 🙂

I have problem with Swift Page Builder. When I click on the button there is only message:
“Loading, please wait…” but nothing happen and immidiately page is becoming white.
I re-instaled wordpress, theme, disavctivated all plugins but it still doesn’t work. Could You please take a look into my account if I gave you my usser id and password?

I’m having trouble with it as well. In my case the button doesn’t respond at all for any page.

I’m running 3.8

I saw a few threads related to the Swift Page Builder that this problem is happening in other circumstances. Any new on a fix?

Guys, I had similar problem and now Swift Page Builder is working.
My host provider told me to try with switching off automatic stats script for my domains and I turned stats off for main service (all domains). It’s working fine now.

Where do you do that? Is it in cPanel?

In host provider’s settings panel. My host provider is home.pl so I need to go into “statistics” panel and switch them off.
