Swift Page Builder not working at all

Hi guys,

I’m having issues with the Swift Page Builder .
Looks like suddendly I cannot use it anymore , I tried to disable all plug-ins , to downgrade WordPress, to downgrade NeighBorHood BUT nothing has changed, swift page builder is still “blocked”.

Could you please help me to figure out what’s going on?

I see you have an internal 500 server error on your hosting.

Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

I’ve added that line but the issue is still present.

Hi,

Just checked your site and this seems to be something in your WordPress install.
Check this screenshot below, it’s suppose that exists 2 tabs in the WordPress Editor (Text/Visual)

Without the visual editor(tinymce) of WordPress the page builders can’t work.
Something went wrong in your install.

Try to disable all plugins and test again. If it doesn’t work it’s better to upload again the WordPress installation files.
You should see the WordPress editor like this:

There no way to edit the config.php file in order to make this work again without Re-install everything?
Otherwise I have to remove everything and start again from scratch and It’s really time consuming…
No other workaround to suggest ?
I tried to overwrite wp-admin and wp-includes folder and files except for wp-content but this didn’t fix anything.

Well something is wrong in your installation and it’s not theme related, the only way that I know is to upload all the WordPress files.

can you check your wp-config.php maybe you have something that is disabling the WordPress editor?

Ok , Now I’m gonna replace all dirs except wp-content and wp-config.php .

Just did a google search about this subject.
Inside wp-config.php Try to add this below the define(‘DB_HOST’ line

define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);

I put that string but it hasn’t change a thing.
Tried both with /without Plugins.

It was missing the nickname in your user.
