When we try and use the page builder, it will work to set up the page, but when you click publish or update, it just enters the shortcodes into the classic editor and the page builder reverts to being empty. This has happened for all the pages we initially built using the page builder… Any ideas here?

Hi,

Do you have any plugins that are manipulating the editor area? Like shortcode composers, for example?

Looks like it was the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. Luckily, I ended up not needing it for this project, but it is a widely used plugin… You may want to test what the incompatibility is for future versions of this theme and others.
