Can you try to clear the browser cache? Are you using the same user that sent us?

this is funny!
with my user doesnt work while with yours work.
I guess I’ll delete my user and update this.
Any hints why it happens?

Well it could not work with your user if the option like in the screenshot below is checked.

If your option is unchecked then it’s a bit strange and difficult to figure out.
You can use my user because I don’t mind with that 🙂

it wasn’t checked. anyway deleted the old user and now with the new one works. Thanks for the support!
