Swift Page Builder not working

I signed into the admin to edit the page and can’t get the Swift Page Builder to work. The page loads fine but when you lick on the Swift Page Builder button – nothing happens. I’ve tried several pages, cleared my cache and restarted my computer. Nothing has helped. I have not done any recent updates so I don’t know why this is suddenly happening.

First, can you try deactivating all of your plugins and see if it works then. It’s usually a plugin conflict

Hi Kyle,

I tried that – I deactivated all plugins except Swift Framework and it didn’t change anything. However, I did find a fix – but it’s a little strange. I open a page and find the Swift Page Builder not working and the default html text showing. If I click on the Text tab in the page editor section, suddenly the Swift Page Builder loads. After that everything works fine. This happened several times and each time the Text tab was the fix.

I doubt that it’s designed to work that way – but it did offer a temporary solution.

Is there a way to fix this so the page builder works properly?

This is an error caused by the latest WordPress upgrade, that also upgraded TinyMce.
We are working on a fix that we will provide asap.

Don’t need it anymore the FTP access.

Can you update the SwiftFramework to the latest version?

After that clear the cache and try again.
