    Hi there,

    When I click on the page builder button to try and edit my pages, the page builder and rich text window don’t load.

    I would appreciate any advice or help with this matter.

    Hi Kyle,

    Have deactivated and reactivated all plugins one by one. Unfortunately, the Page Builder is still not loading.

    Hi,

    You have a problem in your WordPress installation.

    The TinyMce editor comes by default in WordPress and in your installation is broken.
    Our page builder to work needs TinyMCe editor.

    Try to upload again all the WordPress files or contact your hosting about this situation.
