Swift Page Builder Not Showing

David, I have found out the problem.

It is related to my user. I don’t know why this could happen.
If I log-in with a newly created user, the Page Builder correctly works.

You don’t need to enter the WO Admin anymore.

Hi, the creating a new admin user does indeed fixes the problem a while, but after a while the new user created will face the same problem too!

The new user account would not stop working over time unless their permissions are changed by being removed.

The problem comes again. Page Builder stops working.
I have created another admin user and it works for him.

Please, can you gently find out what causes the problem? I cannot keep creating and deleting users forever.
I have a first store release in few days.

Hi,

Because of the WordPress 4.3 update we had an problem in the page builder that was fixed in the latest night with an update of the SwiftFramework.

Update it, clear the cache and try again.

My SPB disappeared as well – and I’m not seeing Admin – Swift Framework anywhere. Redux Framework only. No Options.

I restored from a backup – but if it happens again, where can I turn the SPB back on ????

Found out how to update Swift Framework. Plugins – visit plugin site, then select to update from there. It refreshes Plugin page, then you can updated to 1.6.. I’m an experienced developer – but not encountered this concept for updating, but it worked, and hopefully fixes the issue – for me and anyone else who updates.
