Swift page builder not loading or doesn't respond anymore after typing some text

Hi,
We ran into trouble shortly with the swift page builder.
Or it just doesn’t load anymore, or it blocks when typing quite some text.

If we change it to the classic editor, everything is fine, but of course we need a flawless swift builder.

Can you check if the theme is on the latest version? But I guess there are no updates available..

Dear David,

We updated the theme and even moved the whole site to a faster hosting server, but the problem still exists in the visual mode of the page builder. Can you please reopen this case as an urgent matter?

Is the theme also compatible with Visual Composer? Maybe there is an alternative that works fine? Can you suggest something?

Dear Rui,

Thank you, but the problem still exists, It’s not that we cannot type text in the visual editor, but it delays a lot and even gets stucks when copy pasting text afterwards. We have further looked into the issue and it only occurs on this particular page. We presume that it occurs when a lot of accordion items are built into one page.

We have switched to the visual composer editor, tried the accordions and there we found no problems. But we don’t have time and budget to rebuildall of the website through the visual composer editor.

We know it’s an anoying problem, but we would like to keep using the Swift page builder with the accordions on this specific page.
Is there any way you could still fix the delay problemen on this? You must know that our client says that it gets stuck anyway…
