Whenever I try to modify a page with the Swift Page Builder I get stuck to a “Loading please wait” message.

I tried that on an old page and on a new one but nothing changes. How can I fix that?

    thanks

    Hi,

Can you test this with the 1.57 build: https://www.dropbox.com/s/kvt8gti1q512dqm/supreme.zip?dl=0.

    Thanks.

Have you tried deactivating all of your plugins to see if that fixes the issue?

    Hi,

I have tested multiple pages on your site, including home test and the Page Builder is loading for me.

Please clear your browser cache and re-test.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I tried several browsers, all clear, I even tried a different computer but I always get this: http://screencast.com/t/rwVTaEDmn

I guess at this point I’m doing something wrong?

    thanks

What browser / OS are you using?

Have you certainly cleared your browser cache?

    Thanks.

Yes, I did clear the cache.

I tried: Chrome, Opera, Firefox, on two computers, with the cache completely, absolutely, totally clear.

So the problem must be somewhere else I guess?

    Hi Mohammad,

I requested the creation of a dedicated FTP user to access the folder where the blog is.
I’ll get back to you with your access details asap (160212-dfw-0000419 for my reference)
