    Hi,

    In my WP admin the Swift Page Builder button is not visible in the ‘Add new Product’ pages (see screendump). As I can read in your documentation, this should work. Any idea what the probem can be? I tried to empty browsercache multiple times, we are working in Chrome.

    I’m having similar problems with the Woocommerce card and checkout pages. Here the Swift Page builder can be activated, but the content can’t be edited or customized. Again, see screendumps.

    Hope you can fix these bugs!
    Cheers,
    Dirk

    Hi

    Looks like a plugin conflict. Please can you try and deactivate your plugins (apart from woocommerce obviously) and check again

    Hi,

    Sorry, been away for a couple of days.
    Deactivating plugins doesn’t do anything. I even deactivated all of your own added and supported plugins as Quickview etc., but it doesn’t change a thing. I was really happy with this theme, but I’m having more and more problems. Please help me out, as we planned to go live by the end of this month!

    Some other problems:

    1. product-category pages not looking good, see attachment. It seems like there’s no theme setting or options for showing both products and subcategories, or only displaying subcategories … ;

    2. site is really really slow, even when deactivating all plugins. There isn’t even content on it … this could be a server problem, but i have multiple sites running there, and no problems with those. Any idea what might be the cause?;

    3. if you change sidebar settings in theme options (f.e. sidebar left on product page), it keeps the old settings in pages that are already created beforehand. That means it is barely impossible to make sidewide changes when you have lots of content in it;

    4. In the Quickview pop-up, words/titles aren’t displayed correctly, see attachment. The title in the screendump is ‘Blackwing’, but as you can see it looks like ‘Blackwin …. next line …. g’. The cropping also is pretty bad with wrong image dimensions. Can’t get that fixed either;

    I hope you can help me out!
    Cheers,
    Dirk

    1) Swift page builder is now activated on product pages

    1) This setting is in the WooCommerce settings

    2) This will not be down to the theme, as you can see our demos load in less that 2 seconds, therefore it would only be a server issue or if you are using large image sizes

    3) Yes that’s correct, it’s not possible to override the meta options that have been set in posts already created

    4) Add this to your custom css:

    #jckqv_summary h1 {
      word-break: keep-all;
    }

    Hi,

    Thanks for the help so far. See my updates below:

    Product page is OK now, thanks!
    But still, cart and check-out pages are not working in Swift Page builder, see attachment. How can I edit these layouts and add custom text etc.?

    1.
    I know it is in Woocommerce settings, but it’s not showing nicely, check url: http://monkshop.eu/product-categorie/schoenen/.

    2.
    Maybe I have to check with someone else, but do you ave any tips or ideas why our site is going slow like that? Any server settings that need to be in a certain way? I don’t know what is going wrong, image sizes are not that big and only a couple uploads for now.

    3.
    OK, too bad. We need to set all in advance then, before adding products …

    4.
    Thanks for the CSS, but it doesn’t do the trick. Or does it only work with new products added? The old one still shows wrong word-break:

    Hope you can help!
    Cheers and thanks,
    Dirk

    1a) You can’t add page builder content to checkout and cart pages, they are autogenerated using php files, these are not customisable

    1b) That’s odd, will come back to this

    2) I’m afraid it’s just the level of hosting you have, shared plans (cheaper hosting) is likely to be slower than dedicated servers / managed hosting (the more expensive hosting). We use WP Engine, and is highly recommended

    4) Seems fine to me? (see screenshot)
