    @Ilya There is also an option in the theme options to disable the page builder.

    Can you provide us admin access to check that situation?

    You placed your problem in the Cardinal topic, but you have Neighborhood theme. It’s explained that part of the problem.

    The problem it’s in one of your plugins, you have to deactivate all the plugins. And activate several at the same time until finding the problematic one.

    i found problem was AKISMET PLUGIN
    maybe new update making mess with code of theme
