    Hello,

    The Swift Pagebuilder is not working on certain pages. When I want to edit the page I get a popup message with the text: “By switching to the page builder, any content not in the page builder assets will be removed for consistency”
    But I haven’t clicked on anything, I just clicked on “edit page”, but then I get this message. When I click OK, the Page Builders says it’s loading, but it won’t load.
    But other pages don’t have that problem.

    I haven’t changed any files (also not the .htaccess file)

    I think it’s the same problem as in this topic: (http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/swift-page-builder-not-loading-on-some-pages-only/)

    Hi,

    We will need to check a page where this happens.
    Can you paste here the edit url of the page and also admin credentials so we can log in?

    Hi,

    When I pressed the edit button on the frontpage, it loaded fine but when I hit the update button the screen was all white(and in the javascript console was referred an timeout error)

    Maybe it’s a memory problem, try to increase a litle bit the memory.

    Hello,

    I think it worked. I have no popup anymore and the pagebuilder works/loads fine.

    Hello,

    Well, the first three times I tried to update the page it worked, but now, when I make more edits and I press the update button the problem arises again. 🙁

    I have changed the memory!

    Hi,

    What value memory do you have at the moment?
    Guess you can increase it till 256mb, shouldn’t be necessary more memory.

    Also deactivate any plugin that you aren’t using.

    I have already tried to deactivate all the plugins that are not bundled in the theme, but it doesn’t make any difference. Also I set the memory to 256mb.

    Only when I have content in the swift page builder, it won’t load. Without content the edit-page will load without any problems.

    It’s very odd, because when I press shift-F5 and refresh the edit-page (after it fails to load), the page builder loads again without any problem.

    Can you check your server logs for any additional errors? This seems to be something related to the server.

    Is this the same as the apache error logs?
    There is only one line in it that’s repeated over several day’s:

    [Fri Jan 16 21:58:17 2015] [error] [client 199.241.137.167] client denied by server configuration: /home/vinceig89/domains/vincentjongman.nl/public_html/nyet.gif

    Is this wat you mean?

    Hi,

    That error is not significant to this situation.
    If the situation persists maybe it’s better to start from a fresh WordPress install.

    swift builder not working anymore?
    what can it be?

    i dont see blue button “swift builder” anymore 🙁
