Hi,

Did you import the options before you increased the memory? If so, it’s possible the import process may have been stopped midway through?

– It may well be easier to run through the theme option and simply re-save what has not been imported?

Hi,

I have updated the wordpress to 4.4 version and woocommerce to latest version (2.4.12) now the shopping cart and checkout pages have stopped working. Even top navigation is not working on these pages. I have attached the screenshot of error.

Here is the website url in which I am facing the issues:

You can add some item to shopping cart and then navigate to the cart page in order to check the issue. We are in process of making site live but it is stopped working. Can you please urgently suggest some solution?

Hi,

That issue disappeared automatically after some hours, there is another issue in the theme search. After searching something results appear on desktop but do not show on mobile devices.

I have attached screen shot of search. It doesn’t work on android mobile or tablet. It works fine on ipad and desktop. It just shows results summary at top but not results below

Please update WP and all plugins for the site http://www.strykeronlinemarketing.com.au/eadensleepwear/shop

If you use Chrome’s web inspector to check the console log, upon searching, you see this: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error).

Please also contact your host regarding that error.
