Hello,
We are using “Atelier – Creative Multi-Purpose eCommerce Theme” in a website. It was working fine till now. Since a few days we are facing issue with “Swift Page Builder” in admin. In admin when we open some page in edit mode the graphical interface of swift page builder does not load but its code starts appearing. When we click on Switch button to open graphical interface of page builder manually, the graphical interface shows but keeps loading loading its content and content never loads.
I have attached screenshots of the issue.
Can you please let me know what is the issue and how can it be resolved?

When I went directly from the text tab it happen the same has you. But when I changed to visual tab first then went to Swift page builder mode and saved. After this when refreshing the page was loading fine in the Swift Page Builder mode.
Give it a try.

November 15, 2015 at 1:05 pm #228807Hi,
That is ok. We have another issue when we shift website to another domain all the theme options we have set in old site are not shifted to new domain and all the options are disappeared after shifting. Can you please tell me how can we keep all the theme options while shifting the site from one location to another?

Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Import / Export -> Here you can import the option to export at new domain. Hope it should help to you.
Thanks
MohammadNovember 16, 2015 at 10:37 am #228908Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly I will try that option. In the meantime I want to discuss some other issues we face. One issue is “memory exhausted” error which we get occasionally while using the theme and its plugins and site admin stops working frequently after this error. I have attached the screenshot of this issue.

Its memory limit issue. Methods for increasing the amount of memory a PHP script may consume1. If you have access to your install and are running a version of WordPress earlier than 3.0, try the plugin
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/memory-bump/ as this is the easiest way to increase your RAM for WordPress.2. If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini
If your line shows 32M try 64M. If your line shows 64M try 128M
memory_limit = 64M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (32MB)3. If you don’t have access to PHP.ini try adding this to an .htaccess file:
php_value memory_limit 64M4. Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file:
Increasing memory allocated to PHP
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);5. Talk to your host.
Thanks
MohammadNovember 16, 2015 at 9:36 pm #229191Hi,
I have imported theme options from old site to new site like you had explained above. All options are imported and setup in new site admin theme options well. But the main site is not reflecting these options. Site front end is not like old site.
What can be the reason?

MohammadNovember 17, 2015 at 4:16 pm #229405Hi,
We also have issue in media library. When we upload some image in media library if image is of small size then it uploads fine but when image is of more kilo bytes then it produces error “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” Can you please guide us about this issue too?
Thanks,
MohammadNovember 18, 2015 at 4:56 pm #229710Hi,
The theme options will have imported fine, but it sounds like you are now referring to your actual page content and WordPress front page settings?
Your upload issue is likely a size limit set in your hosting enviroment, this is not related to the theme. Can you please contact your host about that issue.
Thanks,
David.November 18, 2015 at 6:35 pm #229748Hi,
This is old url:
http://www.strykeronlinemarketing.com.au/eadensleepwear/
and this is new url:
http://airportlimoservicedenver.com/eaden/
You can see the difference. Both site admins have same settings and theme options are also same in both websites. But those theme options are not being reflected in new website.
Regarding images upload images sizes are not more than 1 MB though upload limit set in site media library is 512 MB.
