Hello, can you help? I’ve read through the forums and seen similar issues but not quite like this one. I have been building out a site for a client, very close to finishing and then this issue came up. The swift page builder interface is not loading on page, post or portfolio pages (anywhere swift page builder is utilized, it is not at all loading, see attachment: interface-not-loading.png).

The content loads in text mode (even though it indicates visual mode) you can’t toggle anything on or off, add and the text is white, (see attachment: interface-not-loading-2.png)

Side issue, latest update to the Theme also breaks the google map element for page builder and the tabs menu is also completely broken.

    Please help!

    best,
    Jason

it seems a plugin conflict, can you try to disable all plugins except Woocommerce and SwiftFramework?
If it works activate the plugins one by one or several at each time and keep testing till figure out the problematic one.

I have already tried that and it didn’t work. I am not using woocommerce (it wasn’t even active) and there is no SwiftFramework plugin installed. What else can you suggest?

    Hi,

You have two version of Dante, you have active the old version.

Please activate 3.3.32 and delete the other.

    Thanks,
    David.
