    Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    Thanks

    Hi Mohammad,

Sometimes the swift builder works, sometimes not. Using google chrome everything works, using safari not. Do you have an idea? I am running the newest versions from both, sometimes safari works, a couple of hours later not.

    Thanks,
    Fox

    Hi,

when that happens, can you try to do the following.

press right mouse click over the page you are facing the issue and choose an option “Inspect Element”, go to the console tab. Tab a screenshot of it(probably there is some error) and send us.

If you don’t see the inspect element option in the right click check this video how to enable it.

    Hi Rui,

thanks for your hint. I did it, attached you can find the screenshot. Sometimes it works, sometimes not, this starts to be really annoying…

    Hi,

Thanks for the screenshot, but that one is for the elemnts tab. Can you click on the console tab in the inspector and take another screenshot?

    thanks

    Hi guys,

it still doesn’t work. Do you know why based on my screenshots or shall I provide you with additional information to get an estimation about where the problem is?

    Thanks!

    Hi @foxhounds

If it only happens occasionally then this is very unlikely to be an issue with the page builder itself.

Have you able to replicate the issue with all plugins disabled? Have you checked your server error logs?

    Hi @foxhounds

What version of the theme/WordPress are you running? Can you possibly provide an admin login for us to take a look?
