    Hello Fexform-Supporters

After updating WordPress to 4.6 I have some problems with the Swift Page Builder, especially the Text-block-Element.
If I switch from Swift Page Builder to Classic Editor, the content of the page remains invisible (see attached B.png).
After switching from “Classic Editor” to “Page Builder” I can see the page content (A.png) but I cannot see the Text in the Text-Block-Element(C.png). The “Cancel”-button also do not work any more.

I have searched the Forum for a solution and found an answer from Rui Guerreiro (JULY 21, 2016 AT 9:46 AM #282881)
to replace the shortcodes.php. I’ve done but nothing have change.

Has anybody a solution for that?

    Kind regards
    Achim

    Hello Flexform-Team

In the last 22 hours I’ve tried a lot of things.
    – Changing the PHP-Version from 5 to 7… to 5.6…
    – uploading up the new Shortcode.php…
    – uploading up the complete page-builder-folder from another flexform-installation
    … without sucess.

    Can anybody help me, please?!

    Hi @glutzkommunikation

Just tested your site, and all seemed to be working fine? Can you confirm you still have an issue? Only thing I noticed is this plugin is throwing errors – https://www.dropbox.com/s/o5jtt5cau563jbx/Screenshot%202016-08-26%2011.52.11.png?dl=0

    Hi Ed

Thank you very much for your answer.

This morning I’ve also tested the website and found out that everything is working fine.
I have no idea what happened … only know, that our customer has upload some pictures and wrote some text bevor Swift Page builder stopps working…Maybe changing the php-version by provider has solved the problem….?
For the moment I’m happy and hope this will not happen a second time.
    I will check the plugin-errors.

Thank you for supporting and have a good time.
    Achim
