Swift page builder dissapear with WPML

I’m trying to install WPML and I have 2 problems

1. when I install and activate the string translation plugin, everythig goes blank and i have to delete the plugin via ftp to recover the interface

2. when I install only the WPML Multilingual CMS the wordpress works but the swift page builder doesn’t. There is a message in the field “Loading, please wait…” but nothing happens.

Please I need your help.

Please, I’m talking with WMPL.org about the point number 1, but the second point I think is yours. Please tell me something. I’m going crazy with this, I’m trying to translate my web and I can’t because something happens with the WPML plugins and your swift page builder. it’s everything ok? I have to wait for an update or something?

Hi,
1- Please try to increase wordpress memory.
a. If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini
If your line shows 32M try 64M. If your line shows 64M try 128M
memory_limit = 64M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (32MB)

b. If you don’t have access to PHP.ini try adding this to an .htaccess file:
php_value memory_limit 64M

d. Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file:
Increasing memory allocated to PHP
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);

e. Talk to your host.

2- It seems also memory related error.

Deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).Hope that should work and let me know your feedback.

Please install WPML core plugin first after you should install wpml string translation and Woocommerce multilingual.

Hi Mohammand, good news
I ad this line to the wp-config.php
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);
and my host change the line in PHP.ini two times and now seems to work fine
