Swift Page Builder

Hi,

Does the Swift Page builder need to active for products to be able to save a description/page content?

I cant seem to get product description/content to show while the Swift Page builder is disabled. I have a template defied that uses a number of shortcodes that break when using the page builder, so i have disabled it and using just he classic editor in text view. However nothing i enter is shown on the product detail page….. Unless i enable the swiftpage builder, save/update the page, then disable the swiftpage builder, and save the page again in plain text.

Can you give me some idea as to why this might be happening?

Hi James,

The content should save no problem without the page builder enabled. Are you just adding content to the WP Editor and the Product Short Description meta options?

If the product is not able to save content it’s likely a conflict with a 3rd party plugin.

I see you have disabled the Page Builder for the post type product, do you completely disable the plugin to enter content? Any chance you can get a screen video of you doing this?

Hi,

What plugin are you using for those extra product custom fields?

Unfortunately, it looks like you would need to hire a developer to integrate that plugin further to allow both to work seamlessly together.

Have you contact the plugin developer to see if they can isolate the issue?
