I tried the site in the following emulator and also works fine.

Can you ask someone else with Iphone 5 to check it it’s ok?
Can you also take a screenshot? I guess you just need to press the 2 buttons at the same time.

screenshot is not neccesary
its the loader which you see, turning and turning
and then
on top of iphone screen
reader vieuw available pops up and loader starts on infinite
which 2 buttons you mean?
btw
if i turn my iphone the page i would like to see
just pops up , less then a second then the loader takes over again !
i told kyle already, imo, this “reader vieuw ability ”
has something to do with it, but i am not a tech on that side
i will try to find somebody with an other iphone
and scan

for now, the problem stays the same
and i will delay purchasing joyn till i see a fix

tried the simulator also
if you are in fe a blog post bold
the simulator doesnt grant you going back with the arrow downside left menu
so you cant produce the problem which i describe with the simulator !

if you start in the simulator in horizontal
and go in blog bold a post
and then return to vertical
then you can see part of the problem
it hangs on loading !!

Just disabled transition loading for mobile browsers – can you give that a quick test to see if it resolves the issue you are seeing?

Try clearing the device browser cache first – you shouldn’t see the loading spinner on any page.

menu works
but
description of what i do
click menu
click fe bold blog style
click article
click goin back to blog / using arrow downside left
and then
click back to first page / using arrow downside left
gives me logo joyn and menu on top of page, white page
page remains blanco
and menu doesnt work
this is for all pages like that
!
means at that point i have to reload page
to get it working again
cleared cache and all website data
before

That’s odd – tested the exact same progress and all works perfectly fine here. I’ll try and get another device to test on, but it appears to be working as expected at least for me.
