swift frameworks shortcodes not showing up on products

hi,

i have a strange error – when i create a textblock on a product page i can not see the sf shortcodes button. when i create a textlbock on a normal page i can see the sf shortcodes button…

any ideas?

and i just found out – i can not add any data to the attributes of the product – this bug is also new to me – i can not add new data – i can only select old data otherwise it is deleted – see screenshot

I can’t tell what the problem is with that screenshot. What do you mean you can’t add attributes?

The speed is probably down to all of the plugins you have installed.

As for the attributes, I have been able to replicate the issue on your site, please try switching to twenty fourteen and let me know if you still get the problem

speed is up again, i have deleted all old plugins.

but i still can not put in values to the attributes. also not with an other theme.
