Swift Framework won't let me type

I recently downloaded the Uplift Theme as part of the redesign of a website. It was working perfectly fine for the first 2 weeks, but over the past week I’m not able to type in the window. I can write a title but no body text, the cursor doesn’t change. I tried deactivating all the plugins, reinstalling the theme and the only way it would work is by deactivating the Swift Framework plug in.

I need the plug in to build the new website, and even when I try to add elements, it adds but the loading circle keeps turning. I’ve attached two screenshots.

Hello,

Last week someone from your team contacted me that they were trying to login using the credentials provided to try fix the problem I am having with the Swift plugin. I have sent two emails to follow up with no reply or any kind of support. The problem we are facing is not from our end but from the plugin and theme. We need a solution ASAP, we are on a strict deadline and all the progress on the website has been on hold because of this issue.

If fixing the problem needs more time then I would appreciate it if someone from the Swift team would contact me or reply to my emails to let me know.

Who have you emailed? What is their address?

David, finding the email is not the issue. I need a solution for the problem I am having with the Swift plugin. It has already been two weeks and I haven’t received a fix for the problem. If the problem is not fixed ASAP I will ask for a refund on the theme and purchase another theme that works.

I replied before saying the admin credentials didn’t work, can you provide us new credentials to get into your admin and check the issue.

The issue is identified, the 3rd party plugin Font Organizer is causing issues in the WordPress Editor and our page builder also needs the WordPress editor to work correctly.

At the moment the plugin is disabled, so you can see the WordPress editor and our page builder works fine.

My suggestion is that you should contact the plugin author in here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/font-organizer
