Hi,
The shortcode framework is not working. I tried clearing out the cache, tried a different browser, reinstalled the theme via WP upload and manual upload, but it still does not work. Any other ideas I can try? Thanks!

I am glad that you managed to resolve the issue.
Thanks
MohammadJanuary 19, 2015 at 11:48 am #142359Hey guys,
I am having the same problem here. Eddy, can you tell me what was the reason it was giving a 404?
I have this working in a test site that was installed in the end of the year (v. 1.91). Now that I am making the real installation (with version 1.95) in another server, it’s not working. But it still seem to work fine in the test site =/. Could this be some kind of problem with the latest updates??
Thanks,
January 19, 2015 at 1:44 pm #142396Hi Vitor,
Can you explain exactly what is your error? It’s when you press the modal Shortcodes button?
If is something in the admin we will need your site url and admin credentials.
You should use the private reply option.-Rui

In my case, I was using a plugin to hide my WP installation. All I did was changed some settings on that plugin and it worked again.

@Eddy thanks for the input@Vitor
Can you disable all your plugins and check if the error still exist?

January 20, 2015 at 3:15 pm #142736Hi @Eddy, thanks for the reply. But I think that is not my case, then.
Hi @Rui, yes I have tried disabling the plugins, but there was not much to do. All I had was Akismet and Contact form 7, which is suggested by the theme. Not even the other suggested plugins (for Breadcrumbs or WooCommerce for example) are installed or activated.
I have also tried making another installation in another folder, but the same thing happened. Could this be a block from Swift Ideas because I have been making more than one installation without purchasing an additional license? I have more than one installation but I am actually just trying to get one right.
Have you seen my private reply with the credentials to access the admin?
I appreciate the help.
Thanks,January 21, 2015 at 11:36 am #142992Hi,
You have an error in the javascript console saying that the file interface.php is not found 404. This is the file that will show the shortcodes options.
It seems to be or the htaccess file configuration or other server configuration.
If you check the page below you can the files listed in the shortcodes directory but when you press the interface.php it trows an 404 not found error.http://www.acessoestacionamentos.com.br/wp/wp-content/themes/Acesso/swift-framework/shortcodes/
Check also the server error logs.

January 22, 2015 at 11:06 am #143367Hi Rui,
Thanks, but how could I fix this? I see that the files are there where they are supposed to. So what could be wrong in the htaccess ou server?
I didn’t change any default configuration. I just installed the wp site from the BlueHost quick installer and uploaded the theme. Exactly as I had done on the other Bluehost domain address I have to test and it worked fine. But in this one, it just doesn’t.
I could even think that maybe it was a problem when I moved the site address from the folder it is installed in to the root domain address, but even before that the shortcodes were already giving me “Internal Server Error”.
I’m kinda lost here =/
January 22, 2015 at 11:12 am #143372Hi,
Can you give ftp access to check your files?
Do you still have the development installation? what is the url?-Rui
February 2, 2015 at 11:10 am #146224Mine is also not working – anyone can post the solution?
February 2, 2015 at 12:19 pm #146268You need to go to the shortcodes folder and edit the permissions of the interface.php file
