Swift Framework Recent Posts

I have the swift framework recent posts widget in my footer but I cannot get an image to display in the thumbnail area.

I do not have a featured image set because it automatically posts itself to the top of each blog post which doesn’t look good. When I add a featured image, the thumbnails work but it looks really bad with the featured images at the top of every blog post.

So is there

a) a workaround to get a thumbnail to appear or
b) can i disable the featured image from appearing at the top of each blog post?

Hi,
Please attach feature image to each posts and use this custom css code to remove image at top of each post page.
.single-post figure.media-wrap{display:none !important;}

Question – when I do a theme update, will this get overwritten?

No the custom css option doesn’t suffer any changes with theme updates.

I edited the stylesheet.css file – is there an option for custom css that I’m not seeing?
