Hi,

thanks for the credentials. I didn’t saw any error with the current situation.
There is new SwiftFramework version to update in your site. Deactivate the plugin, update and activate again.

Clear the cache after that and let us know the result.

Hello, I am having problem with the swift framework too. Every time I try to upload a picture I got this error:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 68943872) (tried to allocate 7200 bytes) in /homepages/24/d536916039/htdocs/clickandbuilds/AnthologieDePapier/wp-includes/media.php on line 2131

I have tried to increase the memory, know I have:

define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘1024M’);
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘1024M’ );

But nothing works. I know it is this plugin because I have tried to deactivate all, and activate one by one and try to upload with every change I made until I get the error again when I activate the framework.

I need help, I don’t know what else can I do.

You change the WordPress memory and that’s correct, just not necessary a value so high maybe 256 it’s enough.
But this WordPress memory is limited by your current Php Memory, can you confirm the Php memory settings?

Can you also check in the error log files for additional information?

Hi,

Check the attached screenshot like predicted your php memory is only 64M, so this has to be increased so the WordPress memory can also reflect the increase.
