    Hi,

    I am really like your theme because it looks great and has some very cool functions. When I activate the theme everything is fine but when I start to install/activate the swift framework plugin I get only whitescreen with error message: “FATAL ERROR: allowed memory size…………..wp-db.php”.

    I got enough memory so that shouldn’t be the problem. Also try to disable the page builder but didn’t changed anything. Maybe you can take a look into it? Actually another theme is activated but you can just change the theme and try installing the swift framework plugin.

    Thanks
    Fabian

    Hi,

    The problem is that you really need to increase the WordPress memory that is 40M at the moment.

    You should edit the wp-config.php and add or change the line of WordPress memory to
    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');

    Some documentation
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    Hi Rui,

    thanks for your reply. I think it is wrong what is shown in the woocommerce system status. I raised it up to 1024M.

    Hi,

    That Woocommerce info can’t be wrong. Still in 40M
    Can you provide me ftp access to check your wp-config.php settings?

    p.s- An maximum WordPress memory configuration shouldn’t go over 512M, and even 512M is rarely used.

    It was missing the comments close symbols, so it wasn’t effective. It was like a comment.

    I replaced this

    /** Memory Limit
    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '1024M' );

    by this

    /** Memory Limit  */
    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

    Hi,

    Upload you the latest version of the Swift-Framework but still getting the white page so I renamed it for now.

    Didn’t found any error log. Can you send us the error log or ask your hosting support to provide you so we can see the reason of the crash.

    Thanks

    It is important to get the logs information, to see the reason of the crash. Ask the error logs to the hosting company and attached them here in a reply.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Usually in the Cpanel account of the server is possible to check the logs, did you check it there?

    It’s strange that it doesn’t have error_log file. How it was installed this WordPress? Using a tool from CPanel?
