Swift Framework plugin gets me this error on every single page in back end:
‘File Permission Issues
We were unable to modify required files. Please ensure that /home/rannka72/public_html/wp-content/uploads/ has the proper read-write permissions, or modify your wp-config.php file to contain your FTP login credentials as outlined here..’
The file permissions are good and the rest is as it is supposed to be.In addition, this plugin causes following errors on checkout and disables customers from shopping:
in Mozila: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
In exlporer: SyntaxError: Invalid characteretc
which is really terrible as my checkout does not work.I just wasted entire day trying to fix this with my host (reason- they reply immediately where here I have to wait a day or two leaving my shop nonfunctional).
When I disable the plugin everything works, of course except the theme as it cannot function without the plugin.
I must say I am so very disjointed. This is not a cheap theme and I keep having problems. Honestly, afraid to make any update as always something like this arises. Each time there is an update, my shop is left broken for days.
I had your other theme ‘neighborhood’ and had many problems for whole year, and just gave up, bought this one as promised to be better, but really it’s all the same -problem after problem.
I came to the point where I no longer care how my shop looks, all I want it to work (not to mention that many features I was not able to use).
regardless, you simply ignore all my correspondence asking for money back. very unhappy!Attachments:

I’m sorry that you feel disappointed.
Can you check the user credentials because they aren’t working?
File permissions don’t have nothing to do with the theme, those are server configurations that should be set properly.About the refund, only Envato(Themeforest) can do that we have no objections about it.

October 29, 2015 at 9:20 pm #224383Sorry about my harsh message, I was under a lot of stress as I spent the entire day and night fixing the site.
That is why I’m always afraid to do the updates. I updated the theme and new version of woo-commerce, which together caused many problems. I fixed the theme glitches but had to downgrade the woocommeerce plugin in order everything to work.
I am now only left with blurry thumbnails in shop catalog. I regenerated them, but nothing changed. Perhaps you could help me with that.Apologies once again. I changed the credentials as I gave them to many places last night (my hosting support as well).
And thank you for getting back to me that fast. really appreciate it. I really need my shop to function all the time, as that is my main source o income.Thank you.
October 30, 2015 at 5:09 pm #224647no problem mate, I understand.
Now you just forgot to provide the new credentials. ๐I tried the original ones and it didn’t worked.
Not sure if you already cleared the browser cache.
Will need an url to one of those blurry images.thanks

October 30, 2015 at 8:42 pm #224708hi
the site is http://www.rannka.com
and the blurry images are on http://www.rannka.com/shop/ if you click on the product you will see that the images there are much more clear.
thank you!p.s. i changed credentials, i didn’t think you would still need them since the major error was fixed by downgrading woocommerce.
November 2, 2015 at 1:41 pm #224994Hi,
Your images are to small to fill the required image column space.
Please increase the image size in WooCommerce and then rebuild your images.
WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display
Ref: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/using-the-appropriate-product-image-dimensions/.
The latest version of Atelier and the plugin Swift Framework are fully compatible with the latest WooCommerce update.

November 3, 2015 at 12:55 am #225237Hello,
what do you mean too small? How big are they supposed to be? Please see attachment (1st one is the blurry image in shop, 2nd one of the product page and 3rd the actual size of the photo).I have disabled all plugins, one by one, and was forced to downgrade woo-commerce in order to have a working shop. I literary had new woo-commerce with newest atelier and no other plugin enabled to make sure nothing else conflicts. But in all truth I don’t care much for new woocommerce, I’m all right with having the older version. And I now have to think twice before I update anything as I don’t want to waste days and nights and have my shop disabled.
I, in fact tried different setting for the shop, the gutters won’t show at all even though enabled in settings, so I just switched to standard, which is fine, but if I could just remove the blurriness I’d be happy.
Thank you.

As soon as you change the size in the Woo settings, please re-build the images using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/

November 13, 2015 at 9:54 am #228492hi well, I did that and all of the shop (catalog) images became small, with the plugin I cannot set the long elegant catalog images but can only have square and I don’t want that.
November 13, 2015 at 12:48 pm #228556but i used a different plugin and it worked — Force Regenerate Thumbnails
November 13, 2015 at 1:44 pm #228587Ok great ๐
