    Dear Developer,

Since using the Uplift theme I have regularly geting 500 code error messages with this theme. I narrowed it down to some compatability problem with my redux and or Swift framework plugins. All other plugins seem to work fine without problems.

It would be great if you can help me with this to get my site up and running as a.s.a.p.

Seems like you have posted in the wrong forum. In the future please add your requests to the Uplift forum.

    Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

    Thanks,
    David

    Hi,

Those do not work for me, can you contact your host and ask them to provide you with your FTP details not cPanel or file manager?

    Thanks.

Have added it. Please now re-test.

What do you do to replicate the 500 error?

    Thanks.

    Hi David,

I am still getting the 500 error. What do you mean by replicating?

I meant is there anything you do specifically to trigger it?

It looks like this for me:

Can you access the WP admin? If so, can you disable all plugins so only WooCommerce & Swift Framework are active.

    Hello David,

I tried to Deactivate all plugins except the ones you mentioned. But still receive the same error code as the print screen you sent me.

This is only on the homepage I see.

I have enabled advanced error reporting so in wp-content you now have an error log.

This shows multiple PHP errors for the homepage:

[19-Aug-2016 12:05:08 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/deb1096781/domains/subculturecollective.net/public_html/wp-includes/nav-menu.php on line 758

Can you contact your host and ask them:

    1) Increase your PHP memory limit within the .ini file.
    2) Check you are running PHP7.
    3) Increase the value of max_input_vars within the .ini file.
